A guarantee represents a serious problem for the guarantor as soon as a company becomes insolvent.\u00a0 And it goes without saying that insolvent companies and guarantors do not always pursue the same interests.\u00a0 Our aim as an independent, external consultancy company is to reduce risk, protect the guarantor from unjustified guarantee utilisation and have the guarantees repaid quickly and in full.\u00a0 We achieve this by means of proactive guarantee management.\u00a0 We make a quick and objective assessment of the guarantee case and personally contact the payee, ideally in advance of potential utilisation of a guarantee.\u00a0 We are highly successful in this area, because we are able to immediately examine projects all over the world thanks to our international network, and because our interests tally entirely with those of the guarantor.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
